CHS developed the JustNotes™ software as a sister product to the industry leading Lytec Medical System, powered by McKesson.  JustNotes™ is the perfect solution for practices utilizing Lytec Medical who wish to reduce the overhead involved in managing paper flow, improve staff efficiencies, and increase the level of patient care. The patient information in the Lytec system automatically populates into JustNotes™.  Therefore, double entry of patient data is eliminated and no third party integration software is required.

The challenge was to accomplish these measurable benefits without drastically altering a provider’s current method of documenting a patient visit. In addition, we wanted JustNotes™ to be an extremely affordable and easy-to-use solution.
