SOFTWARE TRAINING & TECHNICAL SUPPORT SPECIALIST

Job Description:  Complete HealthCare Solutions, Inc., a national practice and clinical management software company, whose corporate headquarters located in Palmer, MA is looking for an entry level  Software Training Technical Support Specialist.  The candidate will be responsible for timely resolution of client software support calls, with regard to the use of Lytec Medical Practice Managment software and clinical applications.  Training and/or support experience, ability to clearly instruct & direct others, good listening skills, eagerness to learn, team oriented, highly organized, experience in medical billing/medical office procedures.  Technical skills will be based on experience and assessed during interview process.  Full-time, 50% local travel.  Competitive salary based on experience, with benefits.  Email cover letter/resume to: employment@mailchs.com.
